Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are an important part of my work and should be front and center of any change effort. Whether we work directly on EDI strategy or have a different project outcome, I will always support you in creating a more inclusive environment.

Helping you nurture a culture of inclusion, belonging and openess.

Please review the following select mandates as examples of my work

Co-creation of a Stakeholder-informed Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Policy with the RI-MUHC (Montreal, Quebec)

With consultant Leah Vineberg, we designed and facilitated a whole-systems process that generated a collaborative, stakeholder-informed Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Policy. We used a virtual World Café to generate data from 83 participants across the institute (doctors, nurses, support staff, admins) and create a design team to help theme the data prior to policy development.

Volunteer Engagement Strategy with Tayba Foundation (Union City, California)

Designed and facilitated a whole-systems process with the aim of co-developing a volunteer engagement strategy. Part of the process was to understand each other's roles & responsibilities and find skills gaps for future hires (volunteers or staff).

Organizational Redesign for an NGO (Ottawa, Ontario)

Supported the board and members of the organization to collaboratively create an organizational structure. We used a modified Participative Design Workshop, where members first identified their workload and created a map of their workflow. They then designed a new democratic organizational structure that better served their workflow. This new structure helped fuel engagement and motivation among members. Finally, we build a skills matrix to identify skills gaps within the organization for their future hiring process.

Values and Manifesto Statement with SPEAKout (Toronto, Ontario)

I designed and facilitated a Unique Design (Open Systems Theory) to help members of the organization and its close partners within the greater Toronto community, identify their values and create a stakeholder-informed Manifesto Statement. This organization was truly embedded within its community so it was imperative to include key stakeholders and community partners in the creation of the organization’s future.

Community Search Conference with the Montreal Muslim Population

Funded by Heritage Canada, I designed and lead a community-wide Search Conference within the Montreal Muslim population. I helped build bridges between citizens to foster communication, trust, collaboration, and cultural and religious understanding. In addition to getting the funding for this project, I partnered with Concordia University to offer graduate students the opportunity to experience facilitating a Search Conference.

Everything begins with intention.

Let’s realign our intentions toward positive change.

Let me help you align your people’s intentions toward positive sustainable change.
